Captain Jack Sparrow is on the run from a pirate that wants revenge while trying to find the Trident of Poseidon.

I loved the first movie a lot and then the sequels became more convoluted which made the runtime longer than it needed to be. This is my second favorite Pirates film next to the first. The old and the new cast are prefect that work with the plot than against but sadly Johnny Depp wasn’t as great as usually is. His lines weren’t as funny at points and sometimes they were a little funny. Javier Bardem is a perfect villain and as the film goes on, he gets better.  The action is great and so is the comedy even though Johnny Depp doesn’t have as much, the cast has a ton of hilarious quotes. The beginning heist scene is very ridiculous but it’s an action summer blockbuster. It doesn’t have to be real to enjoy. I like this better than the last three and I hope the finale one is just as good. It’s not as good as the first but defiantly a must see. Verdicit:7.5
